Virtual User Groups function more or less the same way as Local User Groups, except that the group meets via conference call rather than face-to-face.

In addition to our virtual groups we also have product-specific Special Interest Groups (SIGs). These are product- or industry-specific and primarily consist of a forum / mailing list where members can post questions of other members.
