ISUG Board of Directors

The International Sybase User Group is governed by a thirteen-member Board of Directors. All of the positions on the board are elected by the membership during the annual elections, with the exception of the Secretary, who is appointed by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is comprised of 4 main committees:

• The Executive Committtee – The President, the Secretary and the three Vice Presidents;
• The Finance Committee – Chaired by the Vice President of Finance
• The Marketing Communications & Events Committee – Chaired by by the Vice President of Business Relations;
• The Membership Committee – Chaired by the Vice President of Membership.

Board Members serve on the committees which best suit their skillset. In addition, there are several other people who support the organisation in various ways, and also participate on the committees. More on the committees can be found here.
