On June 4th, in Washington DC, ISUG Member Ronnie Po, Founder and Principal of Morpheon Corp., will be attending the prestigious Computerworld Honors Awards Ceremony where he will be honored, along with the other esteemed winners, with a Computerworld Honors Laureate Award for his PowerBuilder-based ChartBase application. Established in 1988, The Computerworld Honors Program brings together the men, women, organizations, and institutions around the world whose visionary applications of information technology promote positive social, economic, and educational change. During the black tie ceremony, honorees are presented with a medallion inscribed with the Program's mission, "A Search for New Heroes." Ronnie has truly been a PowerBuilder hero over the last year with his high-visibility success with ChartBase in the SAP Demo Jam competition at TechEd in 2011 and now with the prestigeous Computerworld Honors Laureate Award.

Morpheon's signature product, ChartBase, is an electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management application tailored to the specific needs of occupational and industrial healthcare providers. To create ChartBase, Morpheon needed a tool set that would enable the rapid development of rich, data-driven features, along with a database that is fast, scalable, and easily managed without a dedicated technical staff. Ronnie used Sybase PowerBuilder and Sybase SQLAnywhere to not only achieve his objectives, but also create a truly innovative solution for healthcare providers. To read more about Morpheon Corp's award-winning ChartBase application, built on PowerBuilder, click here.
