    The Call-for-Papers for our 2015 Annual Conference is now open.

    We are currently accepting submissions from everyone. It doesn't matter if you are a DBA, developer, an end user or an SAP employee, we are searching for the best presentations from all members of the SAP technical community. 

    Our prospective audience is showing interest in learning more about cloud technologies and deployments, virtualization, HANA (administrationa and development), application development (classic and mobile) using SAP products or for SAP Data Management products, performance and tuning, monitoring, migrations and upgrades. Real-world examples and case studies are particularly useful.

    In addition, we be holding multiple developer workshops during the conference. These sessions should be targeted toward both new and experienced developers, and involve actual hands-on experience (yes, real code!).

    All sessions, including those from sponsors, must meet the following criteria:

    • The session is related to SAP products or the SAP ecosystem
    • The session is technical in nature OR will be of interest to attendees with a technical background
    • Marketing-heavy submissions will be rejected

    There will be multiple tracks of content and your session will be assigned to the most relevant track (cross-listed if applicable) upon approval. 

    Sessions should be either 1 hour, 90 minutes or 2 hours in length and can be in any format -- lecture, round table, "birds of a feather", workshop, etc.  Note: Workshops may also be half-day or full-day format. 

    All sessions, particularly workshops, are the responsibility of the presenter.  Any software that needs to be pre-installed prior to the workshop needs to be specified during the submission process.  Alternatively, the presenter may provide thumb drives for use during the workshop with pre-installed software (specify minimum laptop requirements please), or provide access to a cloud-based setup that attendees may access.).  ISUG-TECH is not responsible for providing any hardware, software or audio-visial equipment needed over and above what will otherwise be provided in the session rooms: presentation laptop, projector, screen, etc.

    We are also accepting submissions for optional paid workshops before and after the conference; you can contact our conference team if you want additional information on how these will work prior to submitting your session proposal.

    Actual session content will be due by March 1st, although slide presentations may be uploaded at any time.

    ISUG-TECH will be offering a complimentary conference pass to speakers whose submissions are accepted.  (Note: Special rules regarding passes apply to sponsor sessions; see your sponsor package for additional information.)  We encourage presenters to submit multiple sessions to increase chances of acceptance.

    Please note that submissions will only be accepted through November 14th.  You must submit your session before that date to be considered!
