    Session Summary:  This session will provide attendees with an introduction to Agile Software Engineering. Agile concepts will be discussed along with the pros and cons of Agile development and a discussion of how Agile Software Engineering can help your organization develop higher quality applications in a shorter period of time than when using traditional application development methodologies.

    Session Details:  This lecture session will focus on Agile Software Engineering concepts with a discussion of Agile terms and methodologies. Topics include SCRUM, Pair Programming, Test Driven Development, Refactoring, UI Testing, Continuous Integration, Backlog Estimation, Release Planning, Test Planning, and the ROI of Agile methods.

    There will also be a discussion of how NOT to do Agile Software Engineering. What traps and pitfalls Agile teams need to watch out for when implementing ASE in their organization.
